Special Education Back to School Survey

As Caldwell/West Caldwell schools enter another phase of remote learning, the C/WC Family SEPAG is concerned about the lack of a solid plan for students under the district’s Department of Special Education.

To ensure our children’s needs are being met, we are conducting a survey of our district families of students with IEPs and 504 plans. This will allow us to gather feedback on our children’s (and their parents’) experiences this past spring with remote learning as well as your questions and expectations for what the fall plan means for our kids.

All the information from this survey will be collected and reported to the Special Ed Department and the district. We assure you that no identifying information will be collected or shared.
